After completing the Culinary Nutrition Program at Johnson & Wales University, Sam refined his skills at several of the best fine dining restaurants in the Boston area, including Radius of Boston, West Bridge in Cambridge and 5 Corners Kitchen in Marblehead.
In 2015, Sam decided to take a break from the demands and stress of the restaurant life-style, so he’d have the time and energy to connect with his newborn son, Manny, and to nurture Chez Vous Cooking.
This decision brought him to Avita in Newburyport – where he received the ALA Direct Service Award in 2017 – and then to Seasons of Danvers, where he is now the Resident Dining Director.
